Gathering of Personally-Identifying Information

Boxy allows you to access the Inbox by Gmail</em>* service provided by Google. We act as a web browser and do not collect any personally-identifying information.

When you use Google services, like “Inbox by Gmail” to which Boxy gives you access, you trust Google with your information and accept their terms of use, which can be found here.

Protection of Certain Personally-Identifying Information

No Personally-Identifying Information is transmitted to our servers when using Boxy.

We collect anonymous usage data and crash reports through Fabric. This makes it easier for us to troubleshoot problems and improve Boxy. Hence Usage Data is collected only to operate and improve the app and customer support.

If you opt in to receive our newsletter, your email will be stored in the Sendinblue service. If you prefer not to receive any communication from us, you can unsubscribe at any time by clicking “Unsubscribe” in our emails, or by contacting us at

We may share anonymous, aggregate statistics regarding Boxy’s usage with outside parties, such as how many people are using the app on a given month.

Users are responsible for any Personal Data of third parties obtained, published or shared through this Application and confirm that they have the third party’s consent to provide the Data to the Owner.


The security of your personal data also depends on you. You should not share your Google user name and password with anyone. If you believe or find out that your login credentials are in the wrong hands, you should immediately change your password. We also recommend activating Google 2-Step Verification. We are not responsible for such unauthorized access.

By using Boxy and providing your information, you authorize us to collect, use, and store your information outside of the European Union.

Business Transfers

If Boxy, or substantially all of its assets, were acquired, or in the unlikely event that Boxy goes out of business or enters bankruptcy, user information would be one of the assets that is transferred or acquired by a third party. You acknowledge that such transfers may occur, and that any acquirer of Boxy may continue to use your personal information as set forth in this policy.
